Terms of Use (Dashboard) The Merchant is required to change the password of the account as soon as the dashboard credentials are received The Merchant shall not disclose the password of the dashboard to anyone. Baromeeter has no access to the actual password of The Merchant as it’s in the encrypted form The Merchant shall verify and update all the profile related data on the dashboard. All the changes are reviewed by Baromeeter before going live The Merchant shall cater to all the reservations and party commitments confirmed by them on the dashboard at the mentioned price/deal General Party booking TnCs: The merchant has agreed for Baromeeter to collect 10% of the party amount as advance booking fee for party confirmation from the customers. This amount shall be considered as commission charged for securing a party booking for the merchant. In case of Corporate party bookings, merchant will Invoice the Company/customer for hundred percent of the party amount (plus applicable taxes) duly reflecting 10% advance to Baromeeter and Baromeeter will invoice the merchant for the ‘Commission’ collected by it at the time of booking of the party on its mobile application/website. Any dispute or differences arising between the Merchant and the customers shall be resolved amicably. The Merchant shall make best efforts to keep the customers happy and satisfied with its services. Baromeeter won’t be held liable for any differences between the customer and the merchant regarding DJ, food, drinks & service quality The Merchant acknowledges that Baromeeter has not assigned, licensed or transferred any of its Intellectual Property Rights to the Merchant by way of this Agreement The standard Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Baromeeter form part of the Agreement and the Merchant shall comply with the same. Any breach of Terms of Use or Privacy Policy of Baromeeter shall be considered to be breach of the Agreement The Merchant can choose to opt out of the subscription in the first month of the duration stated, and the subscription amount shall be refunded. After the expiry of first month, Baromeeter is not liable to refund any amount to the merchant Any dispute arising out of the Agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts Baromeeter charges its customers/users ‘BOM Commission’ as booking charges for the Discount/Deal Vouchers through it’s mobile ApplicationBaromeeter and website in compliance with GST provisions. The Merchant has agreed to collect the balance payment (net of booking charges & convenience fee) from Baromeeter customers/users through cash/credit/debit card/e-wallet and bear the applicable taxes on the same
